Giveaway Official Rules

 

1. Sponsor



The Hunke Photography Styled Portrait Experience Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Hunke Photography, a brand of Hunke Dory LLC ("Sponsor"), in partnership with [Hair & Makeup Business Name Placeholder] and [Hair & Makeup Business Name Placeholder] (collectively, the "Partners").


This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.


By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

2. Eligibility



The Sweepstakes is open only to:

  • Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • Legal residents of the state of Arizona
  • Individuals who are able to travel to Phoenix, Arizona for the photoshoot


Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Sponsor or Partners may not enter.


The selected winner may choose to include additional participants in the photoshoot (including minors), provided a legal guardian is present where applicable.


Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period



The Sweepstakes begins on: April 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM (MST)

and ends on: April 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM (MST)


Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

The winner will be announced on April 20, 2026.

4. How to Enter



To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

  1. Submit the official entry form via the giveaway landing page.
  2. Follow the Instagram accounts of Sponsor and all listed Partners.
  3. Provide a valid email address.


Submission of the entry form automatically subscribes entrants to the email lists of Sponsor and participating Partners. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time after the Sweepstakes.


Limit one entry per person unless otherwise specified on the entry form.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prize



One (1) winner will receive:

  • A curated styled portrait experience in Phoenix, Arizona
  • Professional hair styling services provided by [Hair & Makeup Business Name Placeholder]
  • Professional makeup services provided by [Hair & Makeup Business Name Placeholder]
  • Access to a curated selection of formal gowns for the photoshoot
  • An approximately 1–2 hour portrait photography experience with Hunke Photography
  • Access to a private online gallery with digital download access


Physical prints and additional products may be available for purchase separately.


The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is:

  • Prize conditions:
  • Prize cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Prize may be transferred to another individual if approved by the Sponsor
  • Prize is only valid for the styled session scheduled for May 2, 2026
  • Location will be within Phoenix, Arizona


If the winner cannot attend the scheduled session date, the prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

6. Winner Selection



The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.


The drawing will take place on or about April 20, 2026.

7. Winner Notification



The selected winner will be notified through:

  • Direct message on Instagram
  • Email using the address submitted on the entry form
  • Public announcement via an Instagram post or story


The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize.


If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

8. Model Release and Marketing Use



As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner and all adult participants in the photoshoot must sign a standard photography model release agreement prior to the session.


This release grants Sponsor and Partners permission to:

  • Photograph and record the session
  • Edit and publish the resulting images
  • Use the images and related content for portfolio display, advertising, marketing, social media, website content, promotional materials, and other business purposes


Participants acknowledge that the photoshoot is a styled promotional collaboration and that images created during the session will be used for marketing by the Sponsor and Partners.


No additional compensation will be provided for such use beyond the prize described in these Official Rules.


If the winner or participants decline to sign the required release, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Limitation of Liability



By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless:

  • Hunke Photography / Hunke Dory LLC
  • Partner businesses
  • Instagram

from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.


Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries
  • Technical failures of websites or social media platforms
  • Any other errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes

10. General Conditions



Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.


Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

11. Privacy



Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy practices and may be used for marketing communications by Sponsor and Partners.

12. Winner List



To request the name of the winner, email:

Requests must be received within 30 days of the winner announcement.

13. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability



By accepting the prize and participating in the photoshoot, the winner and all participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to travel, wardrobe use, hair styling, makeup application, and physical activity during the session.


Participants agree to release and hold harmless:

  • all participating collaborators


from any claims, liability, injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or photoshoot, including personal injury, allergic reactions, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.


Participants are responsible for informing service providers of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or other concerns prior to the session.
